3M Stripe Off Wheels are specially designed for removal of vinyl striping tapes, decals, graphics and double side molding tapes on automobiles. Use on air or electric drill tools with maximum speed of 4, 000 RPM. Minimum optimum speed is 2, 000 RPM plus or minus 200.
